What Information Will I Need to Open a Heartland Bank Direct Performance Savings Account?
Before you start, have the following information handy: • Your Social Security Number or Personal Tax ID Number. • Your Driver’s License or state-issued ID card issued. If you don’t have either of these, we will ask you to mail us copies of other valid identification. • For electronic funding, you will need an account number and routing/ABA number for the account from which you want to draw your opening balance. • If applying for a joint account, you will need the Secondary Applicant’s name, Social Security or Personal Tax ID Number, and Date of Birth. • If you are a U.S. resident but not a U.S. citizen, you will need your Resident Alien Card (Green Card) or complete passport information. You can use this application for an individual or joint account. Once you have submitted your application, we’ll e-mail you when your information has been processed, or if we need other information to complete the application.
