What information should I provide to the EasyWeb or WebBroker Help Desk Representative to better allow them to help me download 128-bit encryption or a new browser?
Inform them of the browser you are currently using. Both Microsoft and Netscape have limited the number of browsers that you can download and/or update. If you are using an old browser you must upgrade the browser to a more recent version. This then may result in two downloads, one for the web browser and a second for the 128-bit encryption.
