The requirements for the Claims Review report are described in detail in the Claims Review Appendix to the CIA. As indicated in the Claims Review Appendix, the Claims Review report must include a description of the claims review methodology, statistical sampling documentation, and the claims review findings (including both narrative and quantitative results).
