The following information is generally helpful, although not required in every case: • Your client’s name • The case name • The name of opposing counsel and firm, if any • Statement of the facts • Research issues • Your feelings and instincts about the case and the issues submitted • Any research you have compiled to date • The status of the case • The preferred format for our workproduct • Your timetable • Budget factors • Copies of the relevant file documents •
