What information needs to be in a public notice (PN)?
Each public notice (Tier 1, 2 & 3) must identify the Public Water System (PWS) and include 10 items: a description of the violation, when it occurred, potential health effects, population at risk, use of alternative water supplies, actions consumer can take, PWS actions and expected resolution, contact information, and distribution language.
