What information must I provide in order to place a custom folder order?
Custom folders must be ordered by contacting our customer service department. Because of the varying possibilities we offer, we find it mutually beneficial to discuss the project over the phone. (We sell a generic padded folder that fits an 8 1/2 x 11 certificate in royal blue, navy blue, or black). When you speak with our customer service department it would be most helpful to be prepared with the following information. Certificate size is the most important factor in determining folder size. Please be sure you know the dimensions as well as the format (landscape or portrait) of the insert (certificate) you will be using. Let us know whether you prefer the hinge to be on the side or top of the folder when opening, the quantity needed (minimum 50), and stamping requirements (see also camera ready black on white).
