What information must a person providing an information society service make available?
A person who provides an information society service must provide the following information to the recipient of that service, and to any relevant enforcement authority, in a form and manner that is easily, directly and permanently accessible, the following information: Ø the name of the service provider; Ø the geographic address at which the service provided is established. (This not necessarily his principal or registered office, nor the usual address that he cites for the purpose of sending communications.
