The information that makes up the draft LEP includes: • Draft Local Environmental Plan (Written document) – this draft document outlines the types of land uses permitted in each zone as well as a range of other planning controls. • Draft LEP maps including: • Land application map • Land zoning map • Floor space ratio map • Height of buildings map • Land reservation acquisition map • Heritage map (heritage items and conservation zones) • Lot size map • Acid sulfate soils map and • Combined local map including Environmental protection map, Foreshore building line map and Land sensitivity map).
