What information is shown on the Corrective Action Summary page?
The Corrective Action Summary page display details about an issue, and what the Cisco CAM or SE is doing to address it. Details shown are question score, process area, question text, Cisco owner, proxy (if any), problem statement, plan to resolve, issue priority, partner contact name & email address, and any deliverable items.
