The name of the company must be distinguishable, meaning it must not be identical or similar to that of another entity already on file. The names and addresses of all the members (LLC) or directors (Corporation) will be needed. The Secretary of State requires all LLCs and Corporations to have a registered agent. The registered agent must be an individual or a company to serve as the registered agent on your behalf.
