What information is required to form an Oklahoma LLC or Corporation?
Forming a LLC or corporation is easy when you hire us to do so. We will need some information from you in order to place this order for you. The following is the information that will be needed: First of all, we will need the name of the company. The name of the company must be distinguishable, meaning it must not be identical or similar to that of another entity already on file. The names and addresses of all the members (LLC) or directors (Corporation) will be needed. The Secretary of State requires all LLCs and Corporations to have a registered agent. The registered agent must be an individual or a company to serve as the registered agent on your behalf. The registered agent must be a resident of the state, over the age of 18 and must have a physical address in the state where the filing is done.
