What information is required to create a CAPP profile?
To create a CAPP Profile, you need the following: • A valid email address to which you have access • A strong password In addition, you’ll need additional information depending on which accounts you are adding to your profile: For Business Taxes and Dog Licenses, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or your Business’ FEIN AND a Document Locator Number (DLN) from any recent account-related piece of mail received from the Treasurer or Commissioner. Adding one business account will provide access to all accounts sharing that FEIN. For Departmental Collections, your collection account number (begins with MSC) AND the Document Locator Number (DLN) from your collection notice. For Parking Ticket Notifications and Payments, your plate number and state OR the ticket number from a currently outstanding ticket for your vehicle. For Real Estate Taxes, your Residential Property Code (RPC). For Utilities Bills, your 13-digit Utility Account Number. For Vehicle Personal Property Tax, EIT
