• Complete architectural drawings with structural calculations. • A current soil report for the site by a qualified Geotechnical Engineer. • A grading plan for the site if located upon a hillside or where cut/fill operations have been performed. Is a conventional foundation plan adequate for the basis of design? Yes provided it is accompanied by the appropriate structural calculations or loads. However it must be followed up later with elevations & etc.. Are PTD’s drawings suitable for plan-check and construction? Yes. Our drawings consist of both the engineered design and shop drawings which are suitable for tendon fabrication and placement.
