What information is required for the ACAOM annual report?
ACAOM requires all candidate and accredited programs to submit annual reports, and provides a report form that specifies the information requested. For candidate programs, the first annual report must include: (1) changes that have occurred within the program during the past year and their impact on the institution, (2) measures the program has taken to remedy any weaknesses or deficiencies stated in the letter granting candidacy to the program, and (3) the program’s plans for its self-study, including an outline and time line of the process the program is using to conduct the self-study, and a brief outline of the major issues to be discussed and appraised. In addition to the above information, reports specifically require reporting on a range of information and statistics about the program.
