For unauthorised payments, you’ll need to provide proof of shipment documentation. Your documentation must show: • Status as shipped, or shows a postmark • Date of shipment • Recipient’s address, showing at least city, zip/postal code, state, or country (or equivalent) For item not received claims or chargebacks, you’ll need to provide online proof of delivery documentation.
