In order for a paper LOR to be considered complete, the following items must be received in the same envelope: • Recommendation Request Form completed and signed by recommender and signed by the applicant • The actual letter signed by the recommender Please note that if any signatures are missing, the recommendation will be considered incomplete. All signatures must be original. OptomCAS will not accept faxed LORs.
