This certificate is the equivalent of a section 149(2) certificate and is only issued by the Sydney foreshore authority where the local government area is ” Sydney Council” and also where the land in question bounds the Sydney Circular Quay area.This authority also covers land that was controlled by Darling Harbour Authority…ie Pyrmont area.
