735A Certificate as to notices A person may apply to a Council for a certificate as to whether there are any outstanding notices issued by the council under this Act in respect of any land within the Council’s area. Please note that the information returned in the 735A may vary depending on which Council it is ordered from. 121ZP Certificate as to orders A person may apply to a Council for a certificate as to whether there are any outstanding notices issued under section 121H, and if there are any orders under this Division in force, in respect of any land within the Council’s area. Please note that the information returned in the 121zp may vary depending on which council it is ordered from Councils do not always supply all information relating to outstanding notices under one application. Some Councils issue further Outstanding Notice information by individual requests for information pursuant to Sec 121ZP EP&A Act, 121H EP&A Act or Section 608 LGA Act.
