The numeric Caller ID information and the voice are transferred between the mobile phone and the cordless phone. The Caller ID name information is not passed (it is not part of the Bluetooth protocol) between your mobile phone and your Uniden cordless product nor is any other type of data such as phonebook information. While your mobile phone may support other Bluetooth data transfer capabilities between your PC or other Bluetooth product, your new Uniden cordless product only supports the features of Bluetooth required for interaction of calls between your mobile phone and cordless product (ie. the numeric Caller ID information and voice). Scenario: I make a call on Mobile-2 via my cordless handset. I complete my conversation and then hang up.
