What information is needed when filling out a request?
Include as much about what you need as you can for the item being requested. When ordering books or other returnable items, please include the author, title, publisher and date of publication. When ordering articles or other non- returnable items, include the name of the journal/conference proceedings, volume/issue number, date, pages, and author/title of the article. Incomplete citations can be verified with the assistance of a reference librarian. If you are experiencing difficulties in locating a desired citation, speak with a reference librarian. Additional notes or bibliographical information can be put in the “notes” field of the electronic forms.
