What information is needed to personalize a book?
Each personalized book has a separate order form. Some information is optional, but most books contain first name, nickname, middle name, last name, age, gender, city, state, friend’s names, dedication, date of gift and whom the book is from. Here are some suggestions if you get stumped. Age: Enter age at date of gift. This is really important when ordering Birthday Wish and Birthday Surprise! Nickname: Caution! Since nickname is substituted for first name throughout the story, we suggest using nickname only if it is a common name, such as “Rob” for Robert or “Liz” for Elizabeth. Middle Name: This is only printed on the dedication page. It is not used throughout the story. Friend’s Names: If you don’t know any friend’s names, the story may work with sibling, cousin or pet’s names. Please read the story on-line before ordering. Dedication: Ex: With love, Hugs and kisses, Best wishes, Happy Birthday!, Merry Christmas! Book From: Ex: Mommy and Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Sue, Sue and
