What information is needed to fill in the column with the heading “Colored” on the AIAG e-form?
Please refer to Table 7, page 22 of the Compliance Connect User Guide, which says, select “Yes” for colored parts, “No” for parts with no added pigments, dyes or colors. A “Yes” example would be for a plastic that has pigment added to make it red or black when its natural state would be transparent. Say “Yes” if there are pigments, dyes or other colorants added to the material.
