To optimize design, minimize cost and fully utilize the benefits of Smart Components, the EOR needs to provide lateral load demands (seismic & wind) and vertical live and dead load demands (uniform and concentrated) and the locations of all applied loads. Floor to floor heights, top of plate heights, sizes of openings and widths of available wall space should come from the plans.
