WHAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE TEACHER RESOURCE MATERIALS?
When you register for the event you will be given a link for your Teacher Resource Materials. You may duplicate any of the materials in the book. Learning goals and objectives for students are clearly outlined, and you’ll also see suggestions for ways to prepare your students for the Math and Science Day experience–bulletin board ideas, pre-activities, and lesson plans. The workbook also contains all the “paperwork” to organize your field trip with permission slips, chaperones, bus assignments, etc. The student ride packets, also included in the Resource Materials, were developed by educators like you, and by Prentice Hall, a leading publisher of educational materials for middle and high schools. There are far more activities than can be completed in a single day, so it’s up to you to customize the materials for your students.
