The CHARD directory contains detailed referral information on practitioners and services within BC, including • Detailed descriptions of the services offered • Contact information including map and hours of operation • Up-to-date Referral Forms and procedures • Patient eligibility criteria and instructions • Fee Structure • Patient inclusion/exclusion criteria • Practitioner Specialty CHARD is a referral directory. It does not provide the ability to process a referral online. The data in CHARD is maintained and updated by a dedicated operations team within HealthLink BC. As new information is gathered and verified, it will be published on the CHARD directory, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
