What information is displayed on the charts page?
Firstly, there is your weight progress chart, this shows your weight over 11 weeks. Bars coloured green show your actual weight as provided by you at each weigh-in and yellow bars show your estimated weight in the weeks to come. You can position your mouse pointer over any of the bars to view a textual description of your weight at that point. Various pieces of information are also displayed alongside your weight chart. Secondly, there is your weight progress bar, this shows how close you are to achieving your target weight. Presented alongside the bar is text which tells you the actual percentage that you have achieved, as well as how much weight is remaining until you reach your target. Finally, a bar that respresents your current BMI score is displayed. Alongside this bar is information detailing your current BMI status. See ‘What is a BMI score’ for more information.
