If you complete the Intensive English Program, you can enter undergraduate study at Georgia State without language proficiency scores. This means that TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Langauge) or GSTEP are not necessary and that the verbal portion of the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) does not count.
