A. Most Crown copyright material is available for re-use unless it is exempt under the FOI Act. The PSI Regulations identify documents held by archives, libraries and museums as being exempt – organisations can decide to allow reuse to those exempt documents if they so wish. Within central government it is anticipated that most information held within government archives, libraries and museums will be made available for re-use.
