According to the WEPP Regulations (section 16), trustees and receivers must: • provide each eligible wage earner with the date of bankruptcy or receivership; • inform them of their requirement to submit a proof of claim for wages owing; • provide them with a copy of information that they provided to the Minister and a WEPP application form (or directions on where they can obtain a WEPP application form, e.g. link to the Service Canada Web site). Trustees and receivers may also wish to send a WEPP pamphlet to applicants.
