What information does the person ordering have to supply about the plant/tree/shrub that is ordered?
The current stock list is not very large, so usually the name is enough. Sometimes we may need to check the latin name, if there are two with similar common names. 2. What information do they have to supply about themselves? We currently ask for their name, address and telephone number. We need the address so we have a delivery address and the telephone number in case there are any queries about the order. 3. What happens if the item requested is not in stock? We try to speak to the customer by phone if we have similar plants that we could substitute. If not, we will let them know when the plants are likely to be available. 4. Do you charge the customers for post and packing? Not explicitly as it is included in the price. However, we do offer different levels of discount when customers have large orders. 5.
