What information does the Locum Agency require from the Locum?
First and foremost you have to submit your personal information together with your most recent Curriculum Vitae (C.V) and a copy of your relevant veterinary qualification(s). A copy of your RCVS registration is required before you are allowed to practice in the UK. However, your RCVS registration number can be obtained at a later stage.
