What information do I need to provide for the entity or music publishing catalog name in Section II?

0

An entity can be a legal entity, music publishing catalog or a name under which a publisher does business. You should list all entities or music publishing catalogs owned, controlled, administered and/or otherwise affiliated with the registering publisher (each an “Entity”) on behalf of which the registering publisher has or had the contractual right to collect mechanical royalties between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008. Please do not leave Section II blank, even if you only own, control, or administer one entity or music publishing catalog. The program is not being administered at the song level. Do not list songs in Section II. Finally, please do not list your affiliations with organizations such as NMPA, BMI, ASCAP, etc., as entities or music publishing catalogs in Section II.
