What information do I need to have when calling the CyberLink Response Center?
Please have the following information when calling: • Your Y-12 Federal Credit Union Account Number • The type and level of browser you are using • The operating system that you are using • The name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) The CyberLink Response Center is available by calling 481-4999, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If we cannot resolve your problem when you call we will take the necessary information and contact you with an answer the following business day.
