Once your spouse or dependent has completed their myProvidence registration, he/she can view their medical claims online, view their summary of benefits and handbook and order a replacement member identification (ID) card. Oregon PEBB members also can select their medical home clinic and doctor, and can complete their health risk assessment (HRA). Your spouse or dependent cannot, however, view other family member’s health plan account information.
