Once your spouse or dependent has completed their My Providence registration, he/she can view their medical claims online, view their summary of benefits and handbook and order a replacement member identification (ID) card. Oregon PEBB members also can select their medical home clinic and physician/provider, and can complete their health risk assessment (HRA).
