Experts may share the types of work conducted in general terms on their resumes or with potential employers. To fully protect Member Company confidential information the description must be generic and focus on the skill set deployed as opposed to the specifics of the assignment. Experts should not disclose the names of the Member Company or Member Company personnel involved, nor mention specifically the Client’s product or product line. Experts should list the employer as YourEncore, Inc. Examples of descriptions to use would be Quality control in the pharmaceutical industry or Process development in consumer product manufacturing.
