What infinitesimal distinctions between man and man are too paltry for an Omnipotent Being.?

At one level, things like the colour of our skin, our blood group, the color of our eyes, whether we’ve got a full set of gnashers or not… God does not look upon those things as making any difference whatsoever in his estimation of humanity. But at another level, there is nothing that is ‘too paltry’ for God because he created everything – even the infinitesimal (especially the infinitesimal!) He has every hair on our head counted (at every stage of life), even the falling of a sparrow to the ground does not escape his notice. That’s what being Omnipotent entails, you see.
