Hertz among other companies offers a navigation system in some of their vehicles for rent. It costs about $10 extra per day, but is very well worth it in my opinion. The information is completely up to date, and contains not only street address info, but the entire yellow pages directory of businesses with directions, phone numbers etc. I have also used this service several times, and each time I was upgraded to a nicer rental car free of charge because the company didn’t have any compact cars with the navigation system. The Hertz website has information on these systems, and you can likely add it to your reservation easily. The on airport locations usually have more of these navigation units available, so try reserving there. You will pay a premium for renting on-airport though, so if you try early you might have luck off airport.
