Zoomifys Components are implemented using Adobe Flash and ActionScript and as such are copyrighted works developed as software extensions to the Adobe Flash platform. As is standard with such extensions, no blanket indemnification is provided. The Zoomify License Agreement includes detailed information regarding the Limited Warranty and Disclaimer, Limited Liability, U.S. Government Restricted Rights, and other license articles.
