What incentives can Chapter Reps earn?
“Repping” will definitely carry its share of rewards. Beyond the most obvious reward, of knowing your volunteerism is creating increased opportunities for student-athletes in their quest for comprehensive excellence, the work of UTC Mocs Club Chapter Reps will carry tangible incentives as well: Rep “Bump Ups” for each Rep that gets at least (1) new member to join the Mocs Club prior to the Basketball Priority Deadline, AND contacts each of his/her members before the deadline, AND makes his/her own pledge prior to the deadline, a “Bump Up” will be awarded. Reps who are bumped up will receive Mocs Club benefits at the next highest giving level from their current pledge, for no additional gift. Rep Awards: Based on a Chapter Rep’s level of activity (% of members renewed, new members added, meeting attendance), each Rep can earn valuable prizes and awards to be presented at the Rep Kickoff Banquet.
