What impacts and issues will be addressed in the PEIS?
The PEIS will evaluate direct, indirect, and cumulative impacts to: • ecological resources; • visual resources; • noise; • land use; • cultural resources; • air quality; • outdoor recreation; • water resources; • soils and geology; • environmental justice; and • socioeconomics.
