What impact would Racinos have on the horse-racing industry in Minnesota?
Horse racing is a billion dollar industry each year in Minnesota. Passage of Racinos would allow Minnesota racetracks to increase purses and spur significant growth in the size and quality our horse industry. The University of Minnesota believes that horse racing is the best way of expanding the horse industry in a state like Minnesota.
