What impact will the seven highway restrictions in the draft regulation have on truck traffic on Route 20 in the Finger Lakes Region?
The seven Reasonable Access Highways are expected to reduce or not impact large-truck traffic on US Route 20. Comparing Route 20 as a short cut to I-81, I-690 and I-90, the Interstate route is 12 miles longer and about 15 minutes shorter. The traffic impacts to Route 20 are shown in Appendix CB, page CB-49 of the Final Draft EA.
