Recommendation: The BMRIC believes that every effort should be made to maintain, and even enhance, the high level of collegiality and interdisciplinary programs at ISU. The committee agrees that this achievement is more of a reflection of the overall culture at ISU, rather than its budget model, so the committee expects that interdisciplinary activity will continue to develop under the Resource Management Model.
