Presumably, anyone can request and receive copies of our financial statements since they are public documents which are contained in the Public Accounts that are released on a regular basis by the Calgary Board of Education. Therefore, a request for our financial statements would not be dealt with as a FOIP request. However, for financial information that has not been released, it may be necessary to apply the Act for possible severing.
