What impact if any will the Satyam scandal have on financial services outsourcing?

Most of the buyers of outsourcing services understand that outsourcing is a complex value proposition and have experienced enough positive benefits that they will not hold the entire industry accountable for what happened at a single company. That said, this is definitely a time for outsource service providers to be in touch with their clients to demonstrate all the reasons that they are the right supplier and the relationship is the right relationship.
