What impact has the global financial crisis had on business for the local operation?
Clearly it has been a very difficult year for all businesses. However, most of the activities carried out from Belfast support our capital markets trading businesses which have been performing very strongly over the last six months. That said, we will continue to work hard to ensure the ongoing success of Citi Belfast. As one of the first residents in the Titanic Quarter what are your thoughts on its location as a business district? The development plans are very impressive. Citi is playing its part in Titanic Quarter and we have just taken possession of the new Gateway Building beside the Odyssey. The building has been fitted out to a high specification and we feel it is a great working environment for our staff. We look forward to seeing the remaining plans for Titanic Quarter taking shape in the months and years ahead.
