what immunization shots are required or recommended by Washington University?
There’s a medical form that has to be fillled out online at the Health Services website at Student Health Services – Washington University in St. Louis. The immunizations that are required are at Student Health Services – Washington University in St. Louis But my d has a different problem – the meningitis form has to be printed and mailed to WUSTL – and she is locked out of the form – cannot access it or print it. She had it on the screen once, but that’s it. She called Health Services & asked them to mail it – they don’t know how to print it out either !!! Call and have your webstac & engineering passwords reset – my d had to have it reset twice. Her password would just stop working. Finally it consistently works after being reset several times.
