What image formats and sizes does Postcard Express accept?
Postcard Express will accept any image format that is accepted by the native iPhone photo album app (e.g., JPEG, GIF, PNG). These images can be any aspect ratio, however, the app is optimized to accept images that are 4×3 (landscape) or 3×4 (portrait). This is the native aspect ratio of images captured by the built-in iPhone camera. If you wish to use an image of a different aspect ratio in Postcard Express, the app will scale the image and therefore crop portions of it. To avoid this, please open your image in an editor and save as 4×3 or 3×4. You may need to letterbox your image if you wish to avoid cropping.
