What if we leave something behind at Starry Nites Cabin?

If items are left behind, the housekeepers turn the items into our property management’s office and they hold them for 5 days starting from your departure date. If you discover that you left something behind, you must call within 3 days of departing and they will gladly ship the left behind items to you C.O.D. They do not ship UPS, FEDEX or Airborne, etc, C.O.D. only.

Owner is not responsible for any item left in the Cabin by Guest. If we are requested by the Guest to return any item left in the Cabin items will be returned via UPS or US Postal Service for a service charge of shipping costs plus a $15.00 handling fee. This does not include any firearms or anything that cannot be shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service. If a firearm is left behind, the local police will be notified to retrieve the weapon and you will need to contact them in order to get it back.
