What if we hire a candidate from Building Gurus and the candidate resigns or gets terminated?
If a Building Gurus candidate ceases to be employed by our clients, for any reason except lack of work, within the first 90 days of employment, we will conduct a new search for the same position for no additional fee. This placement guarantee applies only to clients who have made timely payments. Fee due dates are set forth in our contract.
